WHO WE ARE
Bruce McLeod founded Live Big Coaching with a deep understanding of the way business and leadership are evolving. Bruce spent most of his career in the corporate world, working as a top executive with various national and multinational companies.
Along the way, he discovered coaching, and he admits it changed his life. He realized his own lack of fulfillment, and his newfound passion for coaching paved the way for a giant leap forward. Coaching transformed the way Bruce saw business and leadership, and it allowed him to finally settle into his calling.

Bruce has been on faculty at Royal Roads University in Canada’s premiere graduate Executive Coaching program since 2013. He also co-developed and delivers their Creating Coaching Culture program in the Advanced Coaching Practices graduate program.
Brooke Simmons
Brooke is a creative thinker who loves to find solutions. Her favourite part of her work is helping clients with strategy – making their businesses run more effectively and efficiently, freeing up time and increasing profits.
